This page explains how to request deletion of your account and your data, what is deleted, what is kept, for how long, and how quickly we respond.
There are two paths. Either one works; pick the one that applies to you.
If you still have the app installed and can sign in:
Deletion starts right away — no waiting period, no need to contact support. When it finishes you are signed out automatically. The action is permanent and cannot be undone: there is no recovery window and no restorable backup of your account.
If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your social login (Apple or Google), or simply prefer to ask in writing, email:
business@mrhewbuc.com
Use the subject Delete my account and include the email address of the account (the one behind your Apple or Google sign-in). We use that address only to locate the account and to confirm the deletion.
Every request sent to that address becomes a tracked record with a named owner and a due date — it is not an unmonitored inbox. It is monitored by Natasha.
Deadline: we respond and complete the request within 15 calendar days of receiving it, per article 19 of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). If we need extra information to locate your account safely, we tell you within that same window.
When the account is deleted, we delete:
| Data | Where it lived | When it is deleted |
|---|---|---|
| Email, name and sign-in identifier (Apple/Google, via Clerk) | Identity provider (Clerk) | Immediately |
| The account record and every row linked to it: conversations, messages, wardrobe, wishlist, reference items, saved preferences, content reports and the link to the researched inspiration | Database (PostgreSQL) | Immediately |
| Uploaded photos, generated images and voice recordings | Object storage (Cloudflare R2) | Immediately |
| The in-flight conversation history | Session storage (Durable Object) | Immediately |
| Personalised lines, identity pointer and daily usage counter | Key-value cache (KV) | Immediately |
"Immediately" means: while the request runs, not in a later batch job. After that, we cannot recover any of it.
Those five rows cover every system under our control that holds data about you. Deletion runs in that order — object storage, database, legacy objects, identity — and if any step fails nothing is half-erased: the request stops, the account still exists, and you can try again.
These items are not erased at the same instant. Every one has a stated period:
| Data | Reason | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Copies of content sent to OpenAI's models | OpenAI abuse monitoring | Chained-conversation responses only, plus copies OpenAI retains for abuse monitoring: up to 30 days after the request |
| Server diagnostic logs (Cloudflare Workers Logs) | Operations and debugging | 3 days (free plan) / 7 days (paid plans) |
| Crash and diagnostic reports (Sentry, production builds only) | App stability | 90 days |
| Accounting and tax records required by law, where applicable | Legal obligation of the controller | The applicable statutory period, counted from deletion |
| Credit, purchase and AI-usage records | Balance control and accounting duty | Deleted together with the account |
| Researched inspiration sheet (shared library) | Reuse across users, with no link | No deletion period — kept with no link to you |
The important details, stated plainly:
store: false): OpenAI keeps no copy of those on our behalf. The exception is the chained conversation — each turn references the turn before it, and OpenAI only allows that reference for responses it has stored (store: true). So the responses of a running conversation do sit with OpenAI for up to 30 days. When you delete your account we walk that chain of responses and ask OpenAI to delete each one. That clean-up is best-effort: if a step fails, the response stays with OpenAI until it expires inside the window above. Copies sent before that change, or retained by OpenAI for abuse monitoring, likewise remain for up to 30 days after the request. In short: deleting your account here does not, on its own, erase what OpenAI already holds — the final deadline is OpenAI's, not one we control. You can exercise the other rights in LGPD article 18 (confirmation, access, correction, portability and information about sharing) through the same addresses.
